Limited parking, valet unavailable, self-parking required. No complaints otherwise.

I chose this hotel for attending a product showcase because it provides 2 meeting rooms available for events. The modern furnishings and exceptional service from the staff, particularly Mostafa Farhan, the F&B Manager, made my stay enjoyable. The valet service was efficient, and the check-in process was smooth.

The one service that I missed for my work was the unreliable TV reception, which made it difficult to stay updated on important news and industry developments.

I've stayed multiple times at Premier Inn Dubai Dragon Mart and found it conveniently located. The staff, especially Stephin and security, were warm and welcoming. Housekeeping was efficient. Just a few minor issues like bathroom rags and one unhelpful receptionist, but overall a great experience.

The staff were LOVELY and checked me in seamlessly. Rooms can fit 2 adults 2 child, which was convenient. Would reconsider staying due to their service. Some facilities better than expected from photos.

The hotel staff was very accommodating, providing amenities like an iron, slippers, and toothbrush. the spacious rooms were well maintained, and the bed was comfortable. However, improvements can be made in the parking situation and reception service to enhance the overall guest experience.

i absolutely loved the outstanding service provided by mr Ashok from housekeeping. the rooms were spacious and beautiful, making our stay delightful. Great location for shopping. Only downside was limited breakfast options.

Easy to get to from the airport with public transportation options any time of day, allowing for easy exploration of Dubai. Two connecting rooms were promptly provided upon request, and the hotel is conveniently located near shopping centers offering diverse food choices. The simplicity, cleanliness, good value, and friendly staff made for a pleasant stay. However, limited parking space led to a bit of inconvenience upon arrival, but overall did not detract from the positive experience. ⭐

I recently stayed at Premier Inn Dragon Mart in Dubai for a short business trip. The staff was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early due to my early flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious and exceeded my expectations. The cleanliness of the hotel, especially the rooms, was outstanding. I want to give a special shoutout to Samuel at the reception who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and even helped with our luggage. a great hotel with good value for money.

I had a fantastic experience at Premier Inn Dragon Mart. the staff, including Mr Eric and Mr Afify, provided excellent service and ensured I had the best rooms. the receptionists, Lithin, Stephen, and May, gave me a warm welcome and even allowed a late check-out. the continental breakfast was superb with a great variety of options. the room cleaner on the 6th floor ensured we had plenty of tea, coffee, and water. Despite being located near a busy road, the rooms were quiet. the hotel is well-managed and cared for.

I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at this hotel. the new build feel made it charming, with soundproof rooms that felt like a 4-star experience. the bed was comfy, the bathroom was unique with sliding walls, and the wifi was reliable. Being close to Dragon Mart was convenient for shopping, and transportation to tourist spots wasn't an issue. the staff, especially Naveed, Avon, and Aileen, were polite and professional, making my stay enjoyable. the restaurant offered excellent breakfast with a variety of options, and Ahmad provided outstanding customer service.

Although my stay had many positives, there were areas for improvement. the housekeeping staff should be more attentive to guest needs, such as providing enough towels for the room occupants without constant reminders.

Room allocation issues and cleanliness.

Slept in a comfy room, close to a giant market selling everything imaginable - even kitchen sinks! Ate brekkie with buffet choices, then hit the gym to work off my shopping spree. Enjoyed a game of billiards and caught up at the lively pub. The hotel had all I needed for a fun stay - plus, it's near a racecourse! Don't mention my love for camel milk and you'd never guess I'm from the UAE.

The cold meats at Turquoise Restaurant were divine, and the local culinary scene offers a delectable adventure. The nearby location to the airport is convenient for travelers.

While the hotel had its unfinished touches, like incomplete amenities and poor parking, the warm staff made up for it. However, some reception staff could brush up on their manners, especially post 7 pm.

We recently stayed at a hotel that is conveniently located just steps away from Dragon Mart. the staff at this new hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. the room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with beds that provided a good night's sleep. We also appreciated the excellent view of planes taking off from the nearby airport. For students or anyone visiting Academic City, this hotel is only a short 10-minute drive away, making it a great option.

The staff were well trained and easy to talk to. The place was neat and new. Loved the bathroom. They surprised me with decorating the rooms for my wife's birthday. It was awesome. Definitely will come again.

The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are very clean and comfortable, with an atypical design and everything needed, including a bath tub.
